Liberty Suites Hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better for us. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent service and a prime location.
Was better than the reviews made it out to be. I went in concerned about bed bugs, dirtiness, and smell because I didn’t really read the reviews until I got there. I did not encounter any bed bugs in my queen studio and it smelled fine. The $200 deposit was returned within a few days. Continental breakfast was pretty good. The lobby is on the 12th floor by the way.
Went to Liberty Suites Hotel and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent. The room had a full kitchen with all amenities, and breakfast was provided in the morning. They even upgraded our room, which was a nice surprise. Parking was convenient, and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Hotel is in good location and room is comfortable. Early check-in (before 3pm) requires a fee ($39.55). Parking must be in P2 and it was a bit confused at my first day check-in. Took elevator to P12 for check-in lobby. Also, requires access card to use elevator.
We stayed two nights at Liberty Suites Hotel in a one-bedroom suite as a family of four. The hotel was clean, quiet, and free of any unpleasant odors. Our suite was modern, recently renovated, and the location was a big advantage for us. We requested a crib for our child, but even after our arrival and follow-up, we were told our request had not been submitted, yet, in the booking profile (I reserved through booking.com) , it still showed as ‘waiting for property confirmation,’ even though our trip has now ended. The breakfast was delicious, though the variety was limited. The biggest downside was the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and location.

Very nice place and great Vieira. Breakfast is awesome. The rooms were clean. The only problem was the heating in the room it was too hot and although l lowered it - it was still. Also parking is difficult because you have to park in a underground garage
